Drupal 5.3 or 6.0 ?

As far as integration with CiviCRM, does it matter if we install Drupal 5.3 or is 6.0 beta OK?  Just trying to get a base for CiviCRM.

CiviCRM v1.9 and prior will NOT support drupal 6.0 (a few too many changes)

CiviCRM v2.0 and over will probably only support drupal 6.0 and over
