PAyment Processor not working

Hi,

I've recently setup my CiviCRM  member/contribution page with Paypal
and when I hit Confirm Contribution(test and Live), it doesn't redirect me to Paypal. It
seems the page just refreshes. I've tried this with dummy checkout too
and the same thing happened.

What am I doing wrong?

I think there was a bug in one of beta for 3.2, but it is fixed in latest beta. Are you getting this error on 3.1.x ? You should check your apache logs, if it give any clue for this behavior.
