Let's say person A sets up a Personal Campaign page.  Person B sees the page, and mails in a check with a note "Please credit this check to Person A's campaign page.

I don't see a clear way to enter this into the system, other than to log out as an administrator, then to fill out the Personal Campaign page as if I was Person A and select the Pay Later option, and log back in as an administrator and go into the system and complete the transaction.

But what if as an administrator I don't want pay later enabled on the live production personal campaign page form?  Then is there any way to enter a contribution offline and tie the contribution to a Personal Campaign page?

This is also something that Kabissa needs and would be willing to contribute to - how is the connection made in the database? I wasn't able to figure it out.
