Installed 3.2 over 3.16 and now Jquery UI stuff in not working

Hello

I have upgraded my installation from 3.16 to 3.2 and  it looks like the jquery UI widgets are not working.   

Any ideas

Check Firebug Console for errors. Possible causes:
- u moved the site location and the Resource URL is incorrect (check this doc for other "site move" related tips:

http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC32/Moving+an+Existing+Installation+to+a+New+Server+or+Location

- template caching problem - delete everything under sites/default/files/civicrm/templates_c directory
