no-bulk-emails flag in saved searches?

Hi,

I'm not seeing where to specify the "NO BULK EMAILS (User Opt Out)" flag in a saved search, so that I can use it as part of the criteria for a smart group.  Could someone point me in the right direction?  I'm using CiviCRM 3.2.0. Thanks.

Currently, you can only search on that flag using Search Builder option. Select Contact Type = Individual, No Bulk Emails field, =, and enter 1 for the value (1 is TRUE). See attached.

Okay - is there a reason that field isn't searchable by the regular/advanced search, or is it just something that hasn't been gotten around to yet?

"Regular" search (Find Contacts) covers just a few high level criteria (name, contact type, group, tag). It probably makes sense to include in Advanced Search - but hasn't happened yet. Patch would be welcome.
