Blast emails not received

I'm new to Civi. When sending monthly newsletter blast, the report indicates that only about 1/2 of our list have successfully received the email. But I can't tell why. I have confirmed emails. Other emails are receiving the newsletter more than once. Any thoughts on how to search out a solution - or even the cause?

First, check the mailing report to see whether the bounces are categorised in any way.

Second, check your mail server’s logs to see why it couldn’t deliver the mailing.
