Can't figure this error out, please help. My version of CiviCRM is a few months old, should I really consider just upgrading to fix it?

Database Error Code: Can't open file: 'civicrm_domain.ibd' (errno: 1), 1016

This is a MySQL error indicating a problem with that table in your DB. I'd recommend searching on this error on the MySQL site and/or Google.
