I get a popup window with striked-out camera image in it. 

I saw a message here that if I disable Lightbox2, the popup window would go away.  And it happened.  But I need Lightbox2.
There was a suggestion that if I go to the dev release of Lightbox2, then popup would stop -- this did not happen.

Any ideas on how to resolve this.

This was problem with lightbox module and is fixed in lightbox-dev. So use dev version.
