Tooltip box empty on the front end after a search

I have Joomla 1.5.20 and CiviCRM 3.2. When I do a search on the front end I am getting a result table back with records, but the tooltip box which shows on the Individual icon is empty.
What should be in this tooltip? Can you switch this off?

Can you give more details about your install. Is it fresh or upgrade? Can you make sure you have profile with title "Summary Overlay"?

It is a fresh install. I am getting the same result with Summary Overlay. I am using this URL on the front-end: index.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/profile&reset=1&gid=10.
When I do a search, it is giving me the results. In the default result template, it shows on left a icon. When you hover on it, it shows the tooltip box. Only this box is empty.
When I login in the front-end, I  can see all my own personal details.  All others tooltips are empty. It seems it has to do whether or not the information is public.
Can you disable this tooltip facility on the front end? Or can I solve this differently?

This looks like a bug. We should not show tooltip ( Summary overlay ) for anonymous users. Please file an issue in jia.
