OptOutURL token in footer, still receiving "missing required token" error

I've created a new mailing in CiviMail and have included the Mailing Footer, which contains all required tokens, but I'm still receiving the "missing required token: {action.optOutUrl}" error message.

Is this a bug? Can anyone help?

i'd check 2 things

1. make sure the mailing footer is included in that mailing

2. check the spelling including case of the token: {action.optOutUrl} and ensure it appear exactly

Thanks for the help. I had {action.optOutURL} URL was all capped. Took me a while to actually see this. oy.
