changing Display of Contact info

Is there a way to change the column order in a group display?  Currently the columns are NAME/Address/City/State etc
Would like to change it to Name/Phone/Employer/ etc.   The ost inportant data is not displayed first, hoping theres away to adjust it. 


Success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of enthusiasm.
