Dashlets disabled after move to new server.
August 15, 2010, 06:10:29 am
I recently moved a CiviCRM environment to a new server, following the steps at: http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC32/Moving+an+Existing+Installation+to+a+New+Server+or+Location

However, after the move all my dashlets were unusable. Instead of showing the data, each one showed a login screen for the admin area of my site. ( This is under Joomla 1.5.20 and CiviCRM 3.1.5 ).   I was able to fix the problem by going into each of the reports, under "Report Settings" and checking the checkbox "Available for Dashboard?"

Why is this needed?  Should I update the directions on the wiki?

Also, the next time I look at the Report Settings for these reports, the "Available for Dashboard? " box is unchecked.

Thanks,
Sarah

Sarah,

Did you try "Refresh Dashboard Data" ?
