EMailProcessor.php vs. CiviMailProcessor.php
August 15, 2010, 11:23:36 am
Hello

I have recently learned of the EmailProcessor.php process.  It seems to have a similar purpose as the CiviMailProcessor.php.

Please can someone say what is the difference; ought we to schedule both or just one, and if so why choose one over the other?

Thanks

EmailProcessor is basically CiviMail Processor with some additional features (like processing activities). We’ll clear the situation up in the next release – but for now just use EmailProcessor.
If you found the above helpful, please consider helping us in return – you can even steer CiviCRM’s future and help us extend CiviCRM in ways useful to you.
