Merge Duplicates missing from Admin Menu

found this on one of ours - thought it may also due to Permissions for us - but on Demo - there is no longer a
Find and Merge Duplicate Contacts under Manage under the Administer menu.

With implementation of http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-6330 , now there is a permission   "merge duplicate contacts" , due to which the "Find and Merge Duplicate Contacts" menu is moved under Contact menu.

on demo also you can find it under "Contacts" menu.

Thanks - and yes I see it there on Demo.

But not on ours, even after going round Permissions and flushing caches.

And if I then go to Administration Console I still see 'Find and Merge' under Manage.

Any pointers?
