Hi all,

I am sending out a newsletter to a few thousand folks and it looks like a bunch of the people are receiving the email but the body of the email is missing (that is, the email is completely blank).

I am sending out in both an html and a text version. In the report it looks like the "tracked opens" are not registering the people getting blank emails.

Any idea why this would be? Why are some folks getting the email just fine while other get nothing?

CiviCRM 2.2 is an old CiviCRM version (and 2.2.3 is an old 2.2 revision to boot); please first see whether upgrading to 2.2.9 helps, and if not – whether upgrading to 3.2 fixes this (do make the upgrades on a copy of your site).

Ideally, please also update your forum profile with your setup information.
