Hello,

We are currently going through the beginning stages of configuring CiviCRM to handle our membership base. This includes between 100-200 snail-mail renewals that need to have the experation date and ammount paid updated. We currently do a mass-update to accomplish this. How can we do this with CiviCRM? I know the majority of you are 100% online renewals, but i am hoping someone has a similar setup to ours and found a solution.

That would most likely be an import of membership records:
http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/member/import&reset=1

You'll set up your import file (csv) with either a column for contact ID or the contact's email address so it knows which contact to attach the membership record to.
