Error of install with 3.2.1 on fresh Drupal 6
August 18, 2010, 03:03:13 pm
Hi there,

I try to install a new CiviCRM, but, after uploading the last 3.2.1, and trying to go to the install page, the following message is displayed :

Warning: require_once() [function.require-once]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/var/www/vhosts/mgregoire.net/subdomains/ik/httpdocs/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Utils/System.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (.:/var/www/vhosts/mgregoire.net/httpdocs:/tmp:/var/lib/php/session:/usr/bin/convert) in /var/www/vhosts/mgregoire.net/subdomains/ik/httpdocs/sites/all/modules/civicrm/install/index.php on line 55

Is someone an idea ???

Many thanks by advance !!!

disable open_basedir in your php.ini

or search the forums for open_basedir, a few years ago someone posted some workaround.not sure if those are still valid
