PCP - Error type - Could not find a valid key

Hey Guys,

My users are getting the following error message when attempting to access a Contribution page or PCP -  "Error type: Could not find a valid key." 

Reading through the postings, I am not sure what the fix is or even if there is a fix. 

Can someone shed some light?

Can you provide urls for your install. Also make sure your Resource Url and UF Base url in your civicrm.settings.php match.
