Need CiviCRM / CiviMail Mentor - hour at a time

This is a duplicate of posting in the Professional Services Section - this section looked like it might be more for freelancers so, I took the liberty of also posting here.  If you have already read the post in the Professional Services Section, please ignore this. However, let's hope I find help before I drive everyone else nuts.   Professional Services Post:
http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,1522.0.html

I know most professional services are for either hosted installations or complete installs.  I'm in a shared hosting type environment and would at least like to get to the level of knowing whether I can run CiviCRM / CiviMail on my shared server or not.

I'm sorry, but I may have more time than money to through at this and I'm looking for a mentor to supplement help that I get from the forums and other advisors and would be willing to sell me an hour at a time.  Either someone very knowledgeable with CiviCRM / CiviMail or maybe someone like me that has installed in a shared host environment could mentor and pass on what they have learned.

I'm at the point of just this moment getting an actual test message out from CiviMail and being able to manually flush the outgoing queue.

I'm assuming that I'll have questions about how the cron job needs to be actually setup, bounce and click tracking, soap imap issues - who knows.

We may end-up with an installation on my server or a separate hosted solution and I hope to at least know what the issues are and whether CiviCRM / CiviMail is appropriate for my organization.

Past the actual installation, someone that has an idea of how CiviCRM could be used for activist organization might be very beneficial.  I'm a volunteer with www.HealthCareForAllColorado.org (website may be down at the moment - unrelated issue).  We have a notion that everyone can have access to health care, with better health care, for less money with a single-payer universal health care approach.  Single-payer is endorsed by the League of Women Voters and the AFL-CIO - see the movie SiCKO ?  There are single-payer groups in most states - I'm a volunteer in Colorado.

It seems fair to exchange some time for mentoring - anyone interested?  Let's discuss.
