Visibility of membership status on contribution page
August 21, 2010, 09:59:01 pm
Hi,

I'm can't for the life of me figure out why I'm only seeing current Membership status (expiry date info) from TEST contributions (PayPal Standard Sandbox) on the contribution page. Once real monies have been exchanged Membership status is not displayed. I also don't see current Membership status on contribution pages when the $ have been recorded offline. I can't figure out why this is the case.

The paid-with-real-monies Membership is properly recorded as a Membership (status: current) and a Contribution (status: completed). Both are attached to the correct Contact record (and I'm logged in as that user). The Membership type visibility is set to Public.

If you know what it is I'm missing here I would really appreciate it if you would let me know.

Thanks,
