wrong end time on event

Hi

I am using joomla 1.0.13 and CiviCRM 1.9.11960.

When i look at the event i've created in the frontend of my site the end time is displaying incorrectly. I've set it up to display start: 10am end: 4pm.
Currently the start time displays correctly, but the end time shows 8:32 (it updates the time when i look at the event again e.g. 8:35, 8:36 etc)

wow, thats a wierd one. I checked the code and tried reproducing it locally and could not do so.
