How do I create "Member Only" mailing list groups?

When my members visit their profile page, I want them to be able to subscribe to several "member only" mailing lists. Regular authenticated users should not be able to see or subscribe to these mailing list groups.

How do I set this up?

I guess you can create ACL for profile and expose those profiles only for paid members.
