Civicrm Printer friendly pages in Drupal

I'm not sure if this is the right forum or not to be posting this question, but I will go ahead and ask.  I posted this recently on the Drupal discussion forums and they said that I might have better luck posting the question here.

I recently installed the printer friendly pages module on my Drupal installation and it works fine on all of my node pages, however, the printer friendly link or functionality does not appear at all on any of the CiviCRM generated pages. Is there any way that I can get printer friendly to work with CiviCRM or does CiviCRM have it's own built in printer friendly functionality?

Any input on the subject would be most appreciated.

I took a quick look at the printer friendly module. Seems like it is designed specifically to print drupal node pages and hence wont work with civicrm.

there is no built in printer friendly functionality, but i suspect it will be a good contribution to civicrm :). I also think it might be fairly easy to with a bit of smarty template tweaking. Please feel free to contact us on IRC if u r interested on working on this

Filed an issue for this: http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-2402
