"Submit Credit Card Contribution" -- Received Date is off

We just tried the "Submit Credit Card Contribution" option and in the receipt that was sent it showed the following:

Received Date December 31st, 1969

The first thing I checked was the server date/time but that looks okay. Where else might this come from?
