Under Administer >> Global Settings >> Directories under custom template path the help text says

"CiviCase configuration files can also be stored in this custom path"

Is this a typo? Can they really go in the template path as well as the php path?

After discussion with Lobo and some tests it seems they can go under custom templates OR directly beside where configuration.sample is, but NOT under custom php.
