cron help on 3.2.2

Trying to setup the cronjobs for CiviMail (3.2.2) and I'm getting this error message...any help deciphering it would be great (noob here).

/bin/sh: -c: line 0: unexpected EOF while looking for matching `''
/bin/sh: -c: line 1: syntax error: unexpected end of file

My guess would be that you have an unescaped quote somewhere in the cron line; check whether all the quotes, double quotes and back-ticks match.
