Turning off email notification when profile updated

At the moment it seems that my CiviCRM install sends an email notification when a contact is updated through the profile we've integrated with their drupal account. Is there an easy way to turn that off as we need to limit emails going through our system at the moment?

Go to Administer CiviCRM >> CiviCRM Profiles. Click the Settings link for that profile. Under Advanced Settings, remove the email address(es) in the "Notify when profile form is submitted?" field. That should do it.

(If you have multiple profiles configured to show up on User Registration or My Account, repeat for each one.)
