Reopening issue CRM-6638

I would like to reopen issue CRM-6638. As I didn't see any possibility to reopen it by myself I added a comment but I'm not sure if I can expect any reaction to comments made on issues which have been closed already. I didn't want to create a new issue for this purpose.
Any hints for best practice in such a case would be appreciated.
