Where is the name field

I try to locate where to find the field 'name'. I use it in a profile where I want to show my organizations but the 'name' field does not appear in contats or organizations. There are 'adressee' ind contacts and 'Organization name' in organization but it's not those field I want. It is just the field 'name'. Where is it?

First Name and last Name are fields that belong to INdividuals - so try looking under that when you select the options in the Profile
