CVS source?

Is there a way that I can view the work-in-progress source code in the CVS repository?   The issues.civicrm.org doesn't seem to allow me to see the code that is being worked on.

Check:

We are transitioning to a new data center right now and have moved svn repos etc, hence jira has invalid links. We'll be fixing this by mid next week
