[Solved] Continue Button not showing with IE6 in event registration
September 02, 2010, 11:42:52 am
My users with IE6 are unable to register for events because the "Continue" button at the bottom of the registration screen does not appear.  This is tested to be true at the demo site as well.  Anyone have a reasonable work-around?

Drupal 6.19, CiviCRM 3.2.2, Garland Theme

I found my work-around.  The folks here at CiviCRM were not willing to tackle this (old browser that's going to die anyway).  So I went googling for options.  I found this excellent javascript IE repair kit that works nicely.  Go to
http://www.charlescooke.me.uk/web/lab_notes/ie7_script.html for an explanation of what it is.

I inserted 3-4 lines in my drupal theme's page.tpl.php and the problem went away.  Bottom line: if it works in Firefox or Chrome, it should work in IE as well.
