my site navigation interferes with CiviCRM page

When I go to any page of CiviCRM all of my Drupal site navigation is automatically expanded behind the page. I am using the topnotch magazine theme if that helps. I am using Superfish dropdown manus.

Thanks for the response. I installed the Civicrm theme module. This helps by allowing me to use a different theme for my CiviCRM admin pages but for my public pages the problems remains since I want to use my site theme for those pages. Can you possibly think of another solution? Would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks

For "public" users they should not be seeing the CiviCRM dropdown menu. Does this problem exist even if you are NOT logged in?
