Online Registration for Youth Event with 2000 people possible?

Hi!

We want to have online registrations for our youth event. Is this working with CiviEvent:

- Group Registration up to 20 or more people (Information needed : Name, Adress, Birthday, Language, Phone, Email, interested in staying in a camp)
- When people under 16 are registering they need to get a form where their parents have to sign that they agree with their participation
- Email verification
- Prices need to be calculated online so that people know exactly what they have to pay.
   - special prices for Groups with 10 people or more
   - special prices for pupils and students
   - Prices should differ when people are registering (3 time periods)
- People should get an Info through email when they registered
- Registered people should be exporteable to have them in an offline database
- advanced: registered people could login to see how far their registrations process has gone (did we receive the payment, did we send a confirmation, did they get a place in the camp, did we receive the parents agreement with participation)

Is this working with CiviEvent?

Not sure what this means. Is the ''group" the same as your event?

You can add a hyperlink to a PDF permission form in the event registration page. You can also add a custom field they need to check "I have submitted my permission form".

Not sure what this means. I assume this means user submits email address, email sent to user, user verifies email address by clicking on link. This is handled by the user framework. Drupal handles this when you register for a Drupal account.

Probably not. There are ways of giving the user the options, but not really for enforcing the options. see here: http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-1807. Might be good to collaborate with Marshal Newrock.

Not auto-magically. You could choose to maintain and display this information to them via a set of custom fields and a profile.

Group registration for events is not supported as of now. Might be one of the feature of future releases.
However after individual registrations, registered contacts can be added to a group.
Information required(Name, Address, Birthday... etc.) can be added with the help of custom profiles in the event configuration.
