Install correct, but entering civic crm menu an error occured

The installation went well, no error messages, but when I want to go to the civic crm menu I get the following errors:

I reinstalled civic crm again and there were still no errors during installation, but my problem isn't solved.

try going to:
http://YOURDOMAIN.org/administrator/index2.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/admin/setting/updateConfigBackend&reset=1

check the settings and confirm they are correct. sounds like the base directory and url were saved properly during installation
support CiviCRM through 'make it happen' initiatives!

Still get this error....  :'(
