Hello I would like to know if CiviCRM supports recurring billing, a invoice generator and archiver. And are there any succes stories of webdesign or hosting companies that use civicrm?

Lots of succes stories of companies using CiviCRM. I am not sure what you mean bij webdesign or hosting companies. If you want to use CiviCRM for commercial purposes you might take a look at SugarCRM or VTiger first? This support commercial features and account management probably in a better way
