HTTPS Not Showing up on Contribute Page

We've installed the latest version of CiviCRM for Joomla, bought a dedicated IP and SSL Certificate, but the menu item we set up (with SSL enabled checked) for a Contribute page sends people to an http page not an https one. Is there a setting we're forgetting or are we doing something wrong?

where did u set "SSL enable checked"?
