Drupal Calendar module, month view, event shifting to next day

I have integrated the databases of CiviCRM and Drupal, so the Drupal Calendar module can display CiviCRM events. In my list of Views I have a "civicrm_events" view with several displays, such as "Upcoming events", "Events block" and "Month view". Everything works fine except one thing.

In the month view, if I have an event that starts at 16:00, it displays on the next day (my timezone is UTC+8). I use Drupal 6.19 and CiviCRM 3.1.6.

does the event within civicrm have the right time? if so, the bug can then be isolated to the integration code between civievent and views2

Yes, the event within civicrm has the right time. The time shows correctly in the list of upcoming events and the details, too. Only in the calendar view it swaps to the next day. I also tried the latest version of the Calendar module (6.x-2.x-dev).

ok, so seems like it is an issue with the integration code. would be great if you can debug the code and track it down (if not a developer, consider hiring someone to take a look and fix)

I'm having the same issue.  Event list shows date correctly, calendar block shows the event 1 day before the actual date.  Changing the time to later in the day removes the error so it think it is a timezone issue or a rounding issue.  checked timezone and correct in drupal, user timezones are disabled. I found this note http://drupal.org/node/911934 which solves the issue but throws the timezone off everywhere else.
