Send email to multiple emails for same record?

Quick question, I just may be missing something:  with CiviMail is it possible to send email to two or more email addresses  (primary and secondary) listed with the same record?   I am using version 2.2.8

No only to the main one,

This being said, I'd suggest you to upgrade to the latest version of civicrm, the usability has been much improved, not to mention quite a few nice features
