How do I customize Activities?

I've been to Administer > Options > Activity List and added in the new Activities that I want to show. Now, I need to hide some of the default Activities and re-order the ones that are in use. How do I set visibility? Is there a way to re-order Activities other than using the arrows? Thanks!

Re-order with the arrows.

You can hide any that are not "Reserved" by clicking the Disable link. Note that some of the Activity Types in that list are "Reserved" (Meeting, Phone, Email) and some are for system use and won't show up to users in the "New Activity" choices (e.g. Event Registration, Contribution, Bulk Email etc.).
