Alpha International have recently been using new functionality in 3.2 for CiviEvents; where users select the amount of tickets they would like to purchase and then this number is added to the participant count for an event. We have been exporting a list of Participants that buy the tickets so that we can send them in the post.

However if someone buys multiple batches of tickets only the first participant record is shown for them in the export. In the export mapping we have choosen the name and the address for the first six columns from the Individual Contact and the rest from Participant. I am guessing because there is only one contact record for multiple participant records, it only displays the first participant record it finds, but I am not sure. Could someone advise please.
