notification of unsubscribe?

I've just updated a client from 3.1.6 to 3.2.3 and she reports that she's no longer getting notifications unsubscriptions.

Does anyone have any guesses about where this is configured and why it might not be working?

She may want to check the server log.  My unsubscribes are getting an "access denied" error.

Well, now she's reporting that she's getting them again. Probably a mail issue at her end..

I've had this problem in two aspects, and I've filed an issue in Jira.  The unsubscribe link is not in 'clean' format - even if you have your Drupal installation so configured.
That's probably not the show-stopper.  For some reason, you have to grant unauthenticated users permission to unsubscribe.

Make sure anonymous and authenticated users have "access CiviMail subscribe/unsubscribe pages" checked.
