Author Topic: Not on preapproved roster - How do we fix this? (Read 777 times)

We built a contribution page (Join Page) that handles users registering and joining our club. When we submit the form, either joining (CORSA Member) or opt-out (registered user) we get this error:

"Not on preapproved roster"

Can someone tell me why this is coming up and what i would do to fix it?

I don't think this is a CiviCRM message. Might be related to other components or modules you have installed on your Joomla site? Maybe try inquiring on the Joomla forums.

I am trying out civicrm on an existing joomla site

I am getting this error too - I have tried tweaking the joomla registration settings in Global, no change to the result.

did you get anywhere?

I also have CB installed, but I am using the joomla registration, not cb_login, so it should not be in play, but I am wondering if that is something to do with it.
