Trying to Install...but Problems :(

I am having Database problems with my mysql database it is saying

Code: [Select]
That I do not have permission to access/create database
I do not know my passwords to the mysql database :( and I have used google to try and help an have run various commands. It has not helped  :(

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

BTW this is being run on a Linux system.

Please check with your server admin for database password etc.

this is a mysql issue. might want to ask for help on the mysql forums / read the mysql docs

ok I fixed the mysql problems but now I get the following error message.....

cannot open /sites/default/civicrm.settings.php
