Customize A Contribution Page!!!

All,

I have a Contribution Page. The requirement is to Customize the Look and Feel of this Page.
This Contribution Page is a Public page accessible through a Joomla Menu Item.

For Example:-
1. Need to Move the Fields... change their place-holders.
2. Need to change Text labels next to fields.
3. Add CSS effects.
4. Includes some fields generated by a "CiviCRM Profile".

It is running on Joomla 1.5.20 and CiviCRM version is 3.2.

Please help and advise. It has been a while since I have been stuck and am not able to move on.

Is there a way in CiviCRM to validate a domain for an email id?

I have setup a contribution page where in there is a drop down for companies. This is a public page. Users will visit this page and input there details including the email id and I need to verify the domain related to the email id. Example:- A visitor selects "MicroSoft" as a company, I want that the user should be allowed to only enter @microsoft.com email id.

Please advise.
