Allow users to pay our credit card fee

We're using Paypal to collect donations through CiviContribute.
Is there any way to add a checkbox to the contribution page that says something like "Yes, I'll pay the 2.9% + $0.30 fee that paypal charges"
I've seen how to do this with the Drupal "donation" node type....but not with CiviCRM's contribution pages.

Any help?

we currently dont have this feature in civicontribute. This is a wee bit cumbersome to support with multiple payment processors and different rates

Google Checkout is supposedly free to NPOs through 2008, is it?  That would be the smoothest answer to fees for now.  ACH is another, where there is no percentage with most providers, but I am not sure whether any ACH processors have modules for Civi right now.
