I don't see where to add an attachment to a mass mailing. I know that the best practice is to not include attachments, but one of my clients really wants to send a mass mail with an attachment.

Is this possible?

It's not really easy to see but at the bottom of the email you will see a bar that says "Attachment(s) "; it's right underneath the bar that says "Plain-Text Format". Just click on that bar and it will give you the option of adding an attachment there.

I've gotten requests from my users that the attachment option should be at the top of this screen (which I would agree with).

If for some reason you aren't able to see that bar let me know. I think there is an Administrative option where that could have been removed.
