Friends,

Am trying to do a comparative ananlysis of CiviCRm (which we know pretty well) against Harris Connect (which we don't).

Has anyone used both, and is able to offer a few key bullets?  We would be interested in comparing features an Alumni Association might use.

I'd like to get an idea of the 'real' costs of Harris Connect; ie, not only its sales pricing, but how likely would a client be to be beholden to their add-on services, etc.?  Theirs is also a hosted ('clouded') system, no?

How does CiviCRM hold up, feature for feature?
