How to create a template ?

Hello,

That's my first post, so please allow me to say i'm blown away by civi, I've installed "commercial oriented" CRMs for NGOs, what you do is so much easier for the users than having to explain that the sales pipe is actually not used, nor half or the reports, nor... Congratulations, very well thought software !

As for my question: On the advanced search, I can "Send emails to contact", and I can choose a template. The list is empty, and I couldn't find where to go to create some.

I didn't find it either in the doc, could someone tell me where it is ?

Is there a way of having an embeded image in the html template (eg the logo) ?

i dont think so (not tried it), but u should be able to put in a url to the image in the template (though most web mail providers will not download such images unless approved by the user)
