Domain Address & Additional Domain Contact Information not stored
September 23, 2010, 08:29:15 am
When I try and input the Domain Address & Additional Domain Contact Information in the Domain Information panel for Civimail and hit the save button it does not save. When I return to the panel both these sets of fields are blank.

I am running CiviCRM 3.2.3 under Drupal 6.19, MySQL database5.0.22, PHP    5.3.2

Anybody else had the same problem?

David

Solution!!!!11

1) Fire up phpMyAdmin

2) go to the civicrm_domain table. There should only be one entry. Note the value for the ID column (it will probably be 1)

3) go to the civicrm_loc_block table

4) go to Insert to create a new record and put the value of the domain ID (see step 1 above) into a new record. Leave the rest blank.

5) Configure the domain info in your browser as you would normally do, but for the values make sure there is a user record with that address and telephone information.

Should be OK now.

I've just had this same problem on a site I'm working on. I created a new record in the civicrm_loc_block table and set the id of that to match the number stored in the loc_block_id field in the civicrm_domain table. This worked for me.
