Demographics Fails to Display in New Record v3.2.3 (IE7,8)

I've also verified this on the Joomla demo site. The only field that displays is the Deceased check box. All other demographic data fails to display.

This affects Internet Explorer 7 and 8. Safari 4.x and Firefox 3.6 are unaffected.
